He and two others instructed her to tell key witnesses to change their testimony. And they ordered Eubanks to read verbatim a closing argument they had rewritten for her, she said.
"The political people were pushing the buttons and ordering us to say what we said," Eubanks said. "And because of that, we failed to zealously represent the interests of the American public."
with these new allegations that whitehouse had their hands on court cases and asked justice department lawyers to whitewash their edvidence,its becoming abundtly clear that there was and possibly still is major mishandling and corruption running rampant inside the Bush admin. It was revealed today that his wife s cancer has come back this time in some its been found in a bone has not spread. Which is a good thing according to edwards,. His wifes cancer is not beatable but treatable and something tells me that his wife urged him to continue on his campaign for president in 2008. My owers prayers go out to mr and mrs .edwards. I just hope for the sake of having a soul, that the likes of ann coulter or someone like her caliber, keep their mouths shut over this new stunning and sad news.

Now it seems that a new rule has been implemented and will see this practise cease. BUT only for the doctors that recieve less the 50, grand for their par take in a new drug trial .
In one famous example, 10 of the 32 advisers who voted in 2005 to allow the painkiller Bextra to remain on the market and the painkiller Vioxx to return to the market despite safety worries had taken money from the drug makers. Under the new rules, their votes would not have counted and the committee would have voted to keep both drugs off the market.

In news now regarding the care of vets in VA hospitals across the nation, news now comes of this,,,http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/03/21/america/NA-GEN-US-Veterans-Care.php it appears that walter reed was just the tip of the iceburg for VA hospitals that were in bad shape and needed a major overhaul. Now a audit is due out that examines the worst of the worst and what must be done to insure the war wounded arent faced with mold, bugs, lack of proper treatment and care. The story goes on to report about a VA hospital that was at one time host to long tailed mexican bats. Talks over how to remove the bats were underway, but then it was concluded that keeping some of the bat colonies would help eliminate the bugs inside the VA hospital.
HUH? let the bats eat the bugs that the vets see crawl on walls or fly ? OMG .
