NEWS FROM THE HOUSE OF MURPHY and co.

Theres a new word here thats being mentioned alot in this house i rule , yet my owners pay for. Its called ´´cancer´´. Seems this new word , at times can bring one or both my owners to start crying or just standing outside on the balcony late at night gazing at the stars and not talking . Sometimes this new word can make my owners either , watch a funny movie, or go upstairs and beat the hell out of thier drums. I think the other day they broke a drum head.

This new word also makes for some pretty bummed out times here. Cain and i sit upstairs and spy from below as the humans talk about plans of going to new york , or then cancel those plans due to ?? They talk, they recount memories, share, they argue, but at least thru it all, they grab us cats and hug us like mad. I can tell when a hug is needed. Us cats have a special ´´the human needs a smile´´ radar thing built in. Same for dogs too. Ever notice when you, as a human is feeling like poop and suddenly a cold wet nose is there and two begging eyes that say´´ smile´´ appear? Its because us animals know you humans more then you know yourself. I was selfishly happy to hear that this new word, ´´cancer´´ does not apply to my owners directly, but ´´wasderfaces´´ father back in nys. Admitt it folks, who would say ´´hey ill take your cancer for you dude´´? Not anyone that i know or heard of. Well one dude but left this world many many yrs ago. Its a major bummer to know that the dude in ny wont beat this cancer he has, because there is no cure for it, only time buying. http://www.myeloma.org/

Because this rare form of cancer, from what the humans speak about , is peaking at all time levels in the states and the rest of the globe. From infants to toddlers to folks in thier 30s and 60s, it cares not what color, race, age, sex, or political party you are in. It has one thing on its mind, and thats to destroy your bone marrow. Studies find that doctors really dont know what cause it. A ice age man found in some remote part of a eruopen mt region, once dna was done, was found to have this cancer too. The early stages. Thats over well over thousands of yrs ago folks. Thats the funny thing about this disease. Some ppl get a mild form of it and live for 20 yrs. Some get a more aggresive form of it and are only given 3 yrs. All i know is this, for anyone out there, that has a cancer happy family triat, make sure to get your checkups!! Dont delay, dont put it off, just do it.

Oh and if your wondering how ´´wasderfaces´´ dad found out he had this yet showed no signs? He was cut off by a driver and had to jerk the stearing wheel hard in the car, as he did this, his elbow turned a full circule and broke apart from his bone in the arm. Kinda like someone taking your elbow and bending it untill it snaps. Only after seeing the E.R. did the drs there tell him, the news. So in closing,, i would just like to say, GET YOUR CHECKUPS humans!! I mean, you force us pets to the vets for booster shots or if something looks funny on how we walk or dont feel good right? Do the same for yourself ok?
